Profile Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
- KYC support:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of KYC and regulatory remediation projects across multiple jurisdictions
- Inbound KYC support to MEACBD
- Provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders (MEA CBD management, London, CLM, PWC and Accenture)
- Implement and enhance KYC processes and workflows as appropriate
- Work with CLM to ensure onboarding and rolling reviews are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaise with compliance and legal to address exceptions and escalations
- General Administration:
- Coordination with other Mizuho offices for support in the region
- Support strategic planning, business and project management related tasks as assigned by Head of Planning
- Support and manage Expat related administrative tasks, including annual car renewals, accommodation, etc.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to innovate, support change and problem solve
- Collaborative nature to contribute to a successful team performance
- Sound knowledge of the Banking Industry
- High level of computer literacy and skills in data manipulation / presentation
- Language skills are an asset, but not essential
